Hi all 👋

Wellbeing of Women has partnered with our leading medical experts and Vichy to develop free e-learning modules about key life-stages in women's health; menstruation, post-partum, and menopause.

The modules explain the science behind hormonal changes at each life stage, what impact these changes can have, how to improve wellbeing and talk about hormonal experiences with confidence.

We learnt a lot when making them and we hope you can find some useful information too :)

Postpartum: hormonall.com/training/post...

Menopause: hormonall.com/training/meno...
