ovarian cysts / endometriosis

hello all, I have been suffering with endometriosis for 2 years. I’ve recently been in hospital and found out I have 1 chocolate cyst in my left ovary which they say is bleeding and one complex cyst on my right ovary. My right ovary is also fused to my womb. No pain relief is helping and I’ve been like this for 4 days, does anyone have tips for this? I have another consultation tomorrow with a gynaecologist, I’m just suffering so much. My GP has scared me a little saying it could be a torsion.
