I hope you're all doing well. I recently shared my challenges in navigating life's storms in a previous post on a different group. If you're interested in the context, you can find that post [here](healthunlocked.com/anxiety-....
I'm reaching out today about a different concern. I've been experiencing unshakable vaginal bleeding, which I suspect might be due to extreme stress. While it has momentarily stopped, I remain vigilant. If anyone has faced a similar situation or has insights to share, I'd greatly appreciate your input.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Best,
Tamera

Hi Tamera, I'm sorry to hear about your vaginal bleeding. It's possible that it's caused by stress, but it's important to see a doctor to rule out any other medical conditions.
It may take some time for your hormones to regulate and for your bleeding to stop, but with the right treatment and support, you should be able to manage your symptoms.
I’m only 21 haha. Not sure if it’s that possible? Genuine question haha. I went to the hospital btw. Update: and they couldn’t find anything. The GP also says there’s nothing to worry about unless the pain got severe. Which it has actually gotten much better. It’s gone now. Comes a bit now and again but it’s more of just an average pain rather than an ongoing pain now.
