This has appeared from nowhere in back's of legs and crease of arms also on neck its itchy and don't seem to be going it's my partner that has it.

You really should see a physician Because none of us here can diagnose. Nevertheless, I will say that I have sometimes gotten red patches in the bend of my arms and the back of my neck and maybe behind my knee. It has usually followed perspiring and often springs up overnight I think when my arms are maybe more tightly together For longer periods. For me, these red patches are fungal related and I use some fungal cream on them and they go away though it does take a little bit of time. I tend to get stuff like this where I perspire and hot flashes and exercise Can bring it on. As I said though, that is me. This could be something very different.
