Aged 64 a growth on my pituitary gland found. Presumed cause of hypothyroidism. Several years later discovered via online searches restrictions on various foods. No GP or consultant warned about this. Had experienced early (age 40) menopause and a number of early miscarriages. Interested to know if there is a causal link between these and the hypothyroidism. Also how to make thyroxine-related food restrictions better known.
