NODULAR SCEROSING HODGKIN LYMPHOMA

My name is jacqueline 39years old. Was diagnosed with hoghking lymphoma in 2020. Treated with chemo and radiotherapy and got healed. The disease has come back again and the affected nodes are located in infraclacular nodes. What am I supposed to do?
