I have never faced severe acne issues throughout my life and I'm 27 years old now. However, for the past 2-3 months I have been getting acne on my forehead, cheeks, and chin. It's not severe, like the images you see when you Google 'severe acne', however, these pimples keep appearing in groups ever so often. The moment I think they're gone, I feel icky the very next day and well, surprise surprise.
I exercise and try to eat healthy every day, change my pillowcases every 3 days, and don't use any hair products. I think I do suffer from stress. However, it's not something I decide to let go of and it goes.
Any suggestions and recommendations on skincare and food would be really appreciated. Thanks!

I’ve coped with this..it was especially bad after the onset of puberty, and continued during teenage years… I empathise. Even now, well after menopause, my skin and scalp continue to be oily..

Hi, I hope you are well, sorry you are feeling the way you do. I had suffered from Acne from the age of 9 until 33, in the end I had to start taking Roaccutane which cleared it all up. My teenage girls now get breakouts so I purchased Nip and Fab teenager skin pads to cleanse followed by Eva Naturals Azelaic Acid serum (both from Amazon) and have to say they both haven't had a breakout since and clears redness very quickly too. I also now use the same and my dark marks on my face have finally gone. Wishing you the best.
