Hi I was wondering if anyone else in the perimenopause suffers from swollen lymph glands in the neck and could this be a symptom of the perimenopause.

Hi have you or your family have a history of a thyroid problems? It sounds like a goitre. My mum had one & had it removed. I don’t want to worry you, I’m but maybe have it checked out.

Swollen glands are a sign the body is fighting an infection. They usually get better by themselves within 2 weeks.

Do not self-diagnose. See a GP if you're worried.
