Pigmentation and hydroxy?

Hi l have PV and Jak2 and have been taking hydroxy for three years. As time has gone on l have developed dark pigmentation patches on my skin. I have always used factor 50 sun cream and protect my skin from the sun. I would like to know if others have developed dark patches of pigmentation on the face and what if anything can be done about it, trying to cover it with makeup just makes it 🤔 worse.
