One sided hip pain, thoughts?

Hey everyone!

For a couple of weeks I have had one sided hip pain ( left ) it also radiated to my back. This is coupled with lower abdominal aches and odd sensations, like very mild period pain. It did intensify when I had a suspected water infection. It briefly improved whilst on antibiotics.

I haven’t been able to shake it off. It’s not sharp, but a dull ache with it sometimes being more painful. No need for pain relief, but I’m at a loss as to what the cause is?

Considering doing a pregnancy test and will contact my dr. In the mean time I thought I’d ask on here.
