had all sorts of weird symptoms as i’ve explained on my previous posts but wondering if anyone else has had this ..i feel like it could be pms because i’m now 7 weeks postpartum and have been getting period cramps for 2 days but along with this i’ve felt like i’m bobbing up and down on a boat but just my head if that makes sense but this is just constant unless i’m walking along with the pram

Feel like i’m on a boat
Have you been to your doctor about it?
I wonder about iron levels, or sometimes electrolytes being off can do this, but you'd need to run it past your GP.
Yeah i’ve literally been 5 times now saying the same thing each time and each time they’ve said it’s side effects of my medication and my blood pressure dropping to low...but i had bloods done in a&e when i first gave birth and they never mentioned any of that
🤔 Has your GP suggested a referral to have your ears checked..This imbalance could be caused by an inner ear problem. I have an imbalance in my ears ( due to misplaced crystals in the ear canal) and experience similar...You feel more ‘grounded’ holding onto the pram, I get a similar feeling holding onto a supermarket trolley, or my rollator.
no he hasn’t, he thought at first maybe i had an ear infection because at one point they felt really full but he checked them and said they look fine including the ear drum so i really don’t have any idea ☹️ but yeah i feel more steady and balanced holding on to something, even laying on my back in bed i feel dizzy
🤔 It sounds similar to what I experience..bending/standing causes dizziness, lying flat/standing up causes dizziness..I put off visits to the dentist and hairdresser. It could be caused by any number of things but if it isn’t settling down you may benefit from a referral to a Specialist.
I feel sea sick when I am extremely tired or jet-lagged. It's very horrible. Also get vertigo and dizziness when stressed. You must be exhausted at the moment and your hormones are all over the shop. I would try to get as much rest as possible and see how you go.
