Hi. My name is Natalie. I'm a doctor and researcher from Rochester, NY and I've been mostly dedicated to weight loss. Because of all the spam and scammers out there I always seem to get the cold shoulder when I offer advice about learning and looking into your body type and how your natural hormones affect your goals. I will simply leave this here for you to respond to and if you'd like some guidance I'd be more than happy to help in my free time. Colleges and medical universities do real research all over the world and weight loss is generally distorted by culture and media. Don't starve yourself PLEASE. The goal is to be healthy not skinny. . .I hope. All my love. Natalie.

Hi, I have been doing intermittent fasting for around 6 months now and it seems to be working well for me in terms of slow gradual weight loss but the reason I am doing it is for the longer term health benefits that I have read about. Do you think intermittent fasting is a good way to manage weight and general health? I’m a 50 year old active woman and I’m vegetarian if that makes any difference to your advice? Thank you 😊
