Period and cortisone shot

December 3 I got a cortisone shot for my eczema which cause my period to last almost 13 days. I went about 2 weeks in December early January without a period. I got my period again January 8 for about 6-7 days. Now according to my app I’m late 5 days.

Anyone experience side effects like this on cortisone shot or should I test?

I’ve always been regular till I got my cortisone shot. Screwed me ip!

Not from cortisone but had this happened to me once when I was on a course of antibiotics for a really bad chest infection. Not only I was so ill for 2 weeks but I got a repeat period too. Hope it all goes back to normal for you soon x

I finally got some spotting last night but today it’s so light!!! Idk if I’ll have that repeated period. With I wouldn’t have done the damn shot!

I had something Similar. I had a cortisone shot in jan for my autoimmune disease which caused me to have a mid cycle period two days after I received my shot. I’ve since had another cortisone shot in my shoulder and I had my next period three weeks later and then another one two weeks later. I’ll wait an see if it sorts itself out.
