Regulating periods

I came off the contraceptive patch a year ago and still haven't been able to regulate my periods and the only time I seem to get it, is if I put the patch on for a few days (I did this in March and it came and again in November and it came). I have purchased Conceive Plus Ovulation & pcos support capsules to help see if it will regulate? Any advice?

When you put the patch on for a few days, then take it off again, the bleed you get won't strictly be a period, it will be a withdrawal bleed.

It can take quite a while for periods to regulate again (mine took years), but using the patch off and on won't be giving your body the space to heal.

I've heard that hormonal contraceptives deplete the body of key minerals, and one of the best ways to top it up again would be to take a pre-natal vitamin. The argument is that, even if you aren't trying to get pregnant, a woman's body is healthiest when it's in a place that it can reproduce.

You would also benefit from reducing inflammation, stress relief (meditation, yoga), and making sure you have a good diet
