Yes, I used to feel full-body pain during periods. But since using homeopathy, it has been largely cured. Therefore I can recommend using homeopathy medicine. It really works

I’m now post menopausal but I couldn’t get through a period without high dose of nurofen+ (or other codeine based drug) for at least the first two days. I also felt completely paranoid and fog-headed and a bit unstable. More recently I was prescribed co-codamol (high strength) for severe back ache and those feelings of fog-headedness and paranoia came back. Turns out I probably subjected myself to codeine-induced paranoia once a month for 20 odd years. Try homeopathy !! I haven’t but if it works for @thakurhimanshi then try it !
