Popped blister in belly button?

I have what looks like a popped blister in my belly button, it is very painful when moving. There is a clear discharge and also sometimes blood and creamy-er coloured discharge. I have been using antiseptic liquid (tcp) that I have been pouring in to try and keep it clean and also a clotrimazole cream.

It has been 3 days with no improvement.

I am overweight but I have never experienced any issues with my belly button before.

Has anyone else had any experience of this before I make dr appointment? I have tried to look online but haven’t seen anything that looks similar.
