Multiple health problems

Hi everyone

I’m not sure if anyone will be able to help, but does anyone else suffer with these symptoms? I’ve never been officially diagnosed with anything but I’m sure somethings not right.

For context I’m 25, no children and on no contraceptive.

- hair falling out

- dark hair on stomach

- feeling tired /moody

- weight gain

- spots (never had them as a teen but now I can’t get rid of them)

- large round belly

- IBS

- general feeling of stress, clenching my jaw

- heavy periods (they’re mostly regular), but I always need a day off to get past the worst of it

- lumps in breast (diagnosed as harmless fibroadenomas)

If anyone has anything similar please let me know! I’d like to go to my GP with an idea of what may be wrong with me

Possibly thyroid, you need TSH, T4, T3 and antibodies tested.

I am so sorry to hear that you are struggling right now and truly hope you feel some relief from your symptoms soon.

I hate to say but I would be talking to my GP and together try and get to the bottom of things(they are the professionals).

Your symptoms could be caused by a number of things and I truly believe that getting a diagnosis is most important, if one doesn't know what is wrong with them, one can not seek out the best treatment or begin to accept; learn how to live with one's diagnosis.

Your issue could be hormonal, could be thyroid related, as I said could be a number of things; please speak to your GP sooner rather than later, for your own peace of mind.

Meantime, stay positive, try not to worry(could exacerbate symptoms) and remember and be kind to your self.

I am sure you will receive amazing support and advice from the wonderful people on here.
