Consistent Brown Discharge!

I have been having consistent brown discharge for month or so now. And it is starting to worry me. It seems pretty consistent whether I’m taking a break from my pill or not. I am starting to feel embarrassed and concerned. Any advice?

🤔 Yes, I agree, discuss this with your doctor. Generally speaking, brown discharge is something most women have experienced at one time or another, and is accepted as being normal. But to go on this length of time may need investigation.

Maybe an infection , let’s hope not but perhaps doctor will investigate .

I went to the Dr's over my periods being longer than usual in September and found I had bacterial vaginosis so could be just a minor infection. Definitely go to see your Dr over this. I don't want to alarm you but I did go they done an internal examination to find I had CIN3 of cervix /pre cancerous cell changes. I don't think yours is that because I was having pain also in my pelvis and I am also on the implant so it could be that your hormones are being affected also depending on how long you have been on the pill for. Xx
