Diagnosed with Anxiety

Anyone out there struggling with anxiety? My heart races so fast and seems to comes out of nowhere. Makes me bed ridden. I’m only 44. Doctors say my heart is good, it’s anxiety. But I don’t sit around thinking negative, doom and gloom thoughts. Has anyone experienced this and has been able to break free or recover. I’ve been struggling with this for a year. This condition is actually starting to erode my family because I am unable to care for them. What are your experiences with anxiety disorder?

If I were you I would get ALL my vitamins, minerals & hormones tested. Deficiencies can do crazy things to the body. One thing that can help is magnesium, most of society is low. If you get tested for it do the RBC Magnesium Test, not serum. You can take it to bowel tolerance, it will calm you down or soak your feet in epsom salts. Another thing I can think of is potassium or iron deficiency can cause symptoms like that. A simple blood test can help. Good luck

Did your doctor test your thyroid at all? This can be very common with an over-active thyroid, although occasionally it can be caused by an under-active one. Have a look at symptom lists, tick any you feel apply to you and take back to your doctor to ask for a test.

I also agree that they should check certain vitamin levels, I think low vitamin D or B12 can cause heart palpitations, but I'm sure there are plenty more.

The tapping solution have an app available from App Store and they’ve made available free stuff for the covid situation like Anxiety and sleep issues.. you could also try google type in tapping solution free content for covid 19.. tapping is a technique you can do @ home short sessions they talk and show you what to do.. it’s like acupuncture meditation positive affirmations rolled into 1... my description is the best way I can describe it, but I would google the tapping solution for better idea..🤗🌈
