Go to the OB/GYN. They can diagnose you. Mine diagnosed me and put me on birth control to regulate my cycle which brought done my levels some. There is also a endocrinologist that I went to once that specializes in PCOS. It messes with a lot of things. It also has something to do with insulin resistance and I was told by my primary doctor that most people with it will become diabetic. Hope this helps. Good luck.
