Hi everyone, I’ve just joined this forum and I feel like I’m lost. I’ve been dealing with anxiety for a year now with exhausting symptoms but it intensifies tremendously when I’m about to come on my period and it scares me like I will die soon. Does this happen to any other ladies? Really in need for advice.
