Nervous wreck

We’ve just had our first ivf cycle, we test tomorrow for pregnancy and I’m a wreck, we have had 9 miscarriages 1 ectopic pregnancy, I constantly checking for blood fearing another miscarriage, I’m cramping, possibly normal early on I just can’t stop stressing 😩 how do people cope

I have 3 ivf children so went through many many cycles over 10+ years, the waiting doesn't get any easier but getting stressed doesn't help either, I remember with one of mine we left the clinic after 12th cycle and rather than go home and rest I thought sod it we will go shopping instead so went for a wander round John Lewis in London, anyway that was the one that worked ! If it's meant to happen it will, good luck 🤞🤞🤞🤞
