Feeling dizzy

Hi,

I’ve been having these moments where I’m having dizzy spells and the feeling is terrible, thinking I’m gonna fall. It doesn’t happen straight away in the morning when I get up it’s haooens after a while when I take my kids to school. Anyone else had this issue

It sounds like vertigo. We all have crystals in our ears and sometimes they go where they don’t belong causing dizziness and falling. You may want to see a Ear doctor.
