Side effects from stopping mini pill??

Hi there, I have stopped the mini pill now just to let my body have a break? I have been using the pill for about 3 years. It has only been 5 days since stopping, I have had no blood but bad dizziness and headaches at work and its making my anxiety worsen but at the same time I feel more focused and have a increase in energy. Has anyone else felt any different ????

Hi, I haven't used the mini pill but did experience similar effects when I came off my pill. I remember feeling unwell as my body adjusted but was OK after a few months when my periods returned to normal. Hopefully someone else can give you more information. Take care X
