Super tired when period ends.

Hey everyone. So yesterday was the last day of my period and I was so tired when I started to end. Is that normal? I went to bed early and woke up at a good hour this morning and there was no more period. I feel fine now but I was so tired last night. Is being really tired after my period ends something to be concerned about?

Are your periods very heavy? If so you may be anemic, and that would be determined by a simple blood test. Do you take a multivitamin with iron?
