For a month or more i spotted that in my vaginal area I have spots and they're multiplying, some of them if I touch are hurtful... what could this be?? Please help with some advice

What kind of spots? Like what do they look like? You said they are painful? I’m not sure if you are sexually active or not but if you are then it could be an STD like herpes. Please get to a Dr. and get checked.
