I wanted some advice. I am seeing a dr on Monday morning but if anyone else had input that'd be great. My legs began aching like 3 days ago off & on & my period begins in one day. I mention my pms & hormones because , a week ago before pms this month, they were fine. I don't usually deal with leg cramps during pms , only deal with my legs feeling like jello. Also , I'd like to add i'm not on birth control. Anyways, They feel weak & tired , plus they're aching in my calves area. Like cramps. Also I experience thigh cramps , sometimes lower back pain, pelvic cramps , inner thighs --could be pms cramping though, idk. Also had shooting pains , but it wasn't consistent. I went to ER, other than feeling my legs , she did D-Dimer test & it came back negative . This is still bothering me however. Now, also, i have randomly felt something moving in my leg, it was felt around the calf area & my thigh. I'm not sure what's going on though. My legs have often felt weak before though , even prior to my cramps. Before pms , this particular month at least, I'd off & on feel like my legs are weak , like I walked too much on them. Because I do walk a lot, & also sometimes I stand on them too long..so..it's nothing new of them being sore. What is new is the leg cramping around my calves & thigh area & sometimes down my ankles & feet. My water regimen isn't the best but I don't think I feel dehydrated ..my diet is ok :/ ..idk. If any advice, I'd appreciate it.

Just read your post by mistake( I was searching for something else) but I couldn't help but notice some similarities to Restless Legs Syndrome.
RLS is often difficult to describe but feels like something alien is moving in your legs and the only way to stop the feeling is to move or stretch the legs.
Have a look at RLS online and see if it rings any bells. Triggers are alcohol, caffeine, artificial sweeteners and some meds like anti histamines and anti depressants.
Just a thought, even if it's only to rule it out as a possible cause of the feeling in your legs.
Thank you. It's still bothersome plus my health anxiety isn't helping ..I still dr's didn't do enough, all the clinic did was do a D-Dimer blood test. Idk. I have no other symptoms but a leg issue. At least I don't feel that way. I see a dr Mon morning so I hope for the best .
Ask for your serum ferritin levels. Anything above 12 is viewed as Normal BUT people with RLS find their symptoms improve dramatically if they get levels to 100 & above. Try taking gentle iron ( ferrous bisglycinate) and magnesium threonate tablets. Both should help leg aches/cramps and try magnesium oil massaged on legs.
Hi, they're doing a complete blood check on me by Thurs , I'll know what's up. They're checking thyroid levels, see if it's hormonal as I am late now, 2 days late , B12 , Iron, & a couple other vitamins. I'm not preggo though lol test was negative
I am also facing such kind of issues. I am also experiencing cramps in my legs. Someone please suggest some advice. I am feeling frustrated now. I want to get rid of this situation.
