I can't specifically myself but I am reading a very good book at the moment which goes into this and many other broad hormonal challenges. It's by Gillian Ford and it's called Listening to Your Hormones really recommend it. I'm on my second time reading it there's so much in it and it was such a good read. Hope helps, God bless.
