My period just finished and am in pain what's wrong?

If this is your first period your body could be adjusting to hormonal changes and this will settle down. Over the counter painkillers are usually prescribed for period pain.

If the pain is extreme and doesn't recede in a reasonable time, seek advice from a doctor, or pharmacist.
