Anyone know what might help (including herbal remedies etc.) Any prescription meds. I've tried have worse side effects than the prob. Any alternatives just don't seem to work. Would be grateful for any advice or suggestions. Thanks

Hi😊

Isn't it the the case with most things, the cure is worse than the condition😏

Click on this link nhs.uk/conditions/incontine...

It gives you a good idea of what is available on the NHS.

Best wishes 😊xB

Hi wobblybee, (love the name)..thanks for reply Ah the good old pelvic floor exercises. Not knocking them and for a time I attended a Pilates class where instructor was obsessed with our pelvic floors and the suggestions she made certainly helped. Unfortunately she moved on to a new enthusiasm and I hadn't the discipline to continue pelvic floor things on my own!!! I'm sure there's an answer somewhere and when the time is right will be led to it!!!...Do you think?
