Cholesterol is an oil-based substance and does not mix with the water based-blood. It is both good or bad for our body. It is an important substance for our body but only at certain level. Its high concentration in blood may become the reason of some health issue like heart attack and high blood pressures. Abnormal cholesterol levels can also arise due to other conditions, involves:

Polycystic ovary syndrome, liver or kidney disease, diabetes and underactive thyroid gland, Excess intake of foods contains cholesterol like meat, cheese and animal food, high consumption of dairy products, chocolate, baked goods, deep-fried, processed food and fried food.

Avoid these foods to maintain your cholesterol level in your body.

Good Luck
