Do water fasting of 24 hrs twice a week.
Do jog for stemina, lift weights for strength 4 days in a week.
dont eat junk food or fast food.
Sleep atleast 7 hrs a day.
Drink water in good quantity.
dont drink coffee, soft drinks, tea.
Do 24 hrs water fast twice a week. to know more about water fast find jason fung lectures on you tube.
excercise 4 times a week. wich incude lift weights for strength and jogging for endurance.
Dont eat junk and fast food. dont eat snacks.eat only 3 times or 2 times. done eat small meals in between.
sleep atleat 7 hrs.
