Dear Shilpa, Just manage your food, skip wheat and rice for only 3 months , you can take fruits and take some aurvedic home medicines , you will definitely reduce your weight. All pills, shakes medicines are really not a good solution. I am the live example who lost 10 Kgs weight in three months whit out any exercise and power or pills.
Main thing is you have to control your diet.

Whats the alternate for rice an wheat items
Make your timetable first.
Morning Breakfast : Milk + Corn flakes or Milk + Oats
11:00 some fibre biscuits like Patanjali or Brittania
12:30 Lunch: Apple+Carret+Onion+cucumber like that with Blake papper and Salt.
Remember don't take water before or after one hour to take lunch or dinner, this habit is really good,
always take warm water , leave to take cold water, two times take warm water with lemon
It seems this timetable is very typicle but it's easy after 7 days you will be use to for this, If you are house wife then it's very easy for you
after lunch again 4 oclock some snakes diet chedwa, or prnuts
then in night only papaya with black paper and salt.
Leave Idonized salt and use only Rock Salt ( Sendha Namak) in every thing .
You think that you are going to have a fast of 15 days and do it for 15 days , after 15 days you can start to take 2 chapites in lunch after every alternative day , like one day fruit salad and one day chapati.
Leave Samosa, Pizza, Kachori , controll your tounge , and if yu can do some exercise and Yoga it will be more beneficial.
If you are on face book you can check my 2 years before pic and present pic. after doing this, only after 6 months every body started to say me, are you going to gym, or how you are loosing your weight.
I am happy , now I will start to go to gym also to get my body more attractive.

Do it Strongly . One important thing after wake up in morning drink Triphala churna . It is very important it will work like a fat cutter. How you will drink it , see Baba Ramdevs video to reduce fat in U tube. Triphala has no side effects and it will burn your extra fat. One another churna some body shared on facebook , this we have to take in night but I didn't use that so I cannot advice you. But it was looking effective, any how Triphla is must and has really amazing power to cut fat. It's taste is bad but after 5 or 7 days you will be use to.
