Hi im 42 years old and weight 105kg I'm walking everday 6000 steps and more would like to loose 20 kgs by aug please needs help

You should follow these tips to weight loss:

Don’t eat sugar and avoid sugar-sweetened drinks

Eating more protein is a great long-term strategy to reduce belly fat

Cut carbs from your diet

Eat foods rich in fiber, especially viscous fiber
