Hello m female age 28,mother of 1 yr 5months old baby now want to reduce body fat...I was 57 before pregnancy but gained alot almost 22kgs...now my weight is 64 what should I do to reduce 10 kgs...plz suggest me..m vegetarian eat egg only.

If you wish to change your diet you might like to try lowering your carbohydrate intake whilst increasing your fats. This is known as LCHF (low carb high fat). It will be difficult but not impossible being vegetarian (though eating eggs would at best be considered vegetarian lite). Try upping the eggs, consume lots of olive oil with low starch green vegetables (salads), nuts, avocado, flax seed pancakes, coconut oil etc.
Google 'oily vegetarian food' for further information, LCHF in general.
If you could stretch your definition of vegetarianism to include butter and cheese you'd be well on the way to achieving your goal of weight loss.
