Hi,
It is very subjective question. Losing 30kg for a 150kg person will be more easier than a 60kg person. Also ASAP for me will be a year but for you it might be days.
Try to eat clean (no red meats and starchy carbs like potato) , avoid junk foods and drink lot of water. Also sleep 8 hours at night, exercise with weights for 3 days in gym do HIIT cardio 3 times a week.
If you follow the above things will start losing weight but will take at least 3 months to start seeing results. Aim for .5 kg a week to be healthy
