I was 80 kilos and have reduced to 62 ,but my chocolate cravings are not reducing,due to which my weight is increasing again even after consistent efforts,please suggest a proper diet plan and how do I control my cravings?My height is 169 cm and age is 24.

omg i am also sailing in the same boat..i have craving for anything sweet after meals specially.n keep on putting weight..n have a great difficulty in losing it back,, pls tell me also how to curb the sweet tooth
