Thanku Anil Gupta.. n yea congrats on ur weight loss..I was 68 last week n nw 66.6Kg ..I do regular wrk out @gym n eat 70% f healthy food..though smtims i eat unhealthy food i olways keep n eye on d quantity...wat abt u??
Thanks for accepting me in yr team. I am stuck since 1 month now. Can you pls tell me what you eat and how much you work out. I walk and hv increased it to 1 hr from 30 min.day. Will resume 15 min work out. Pls guide. what fruits and any juice?
My diet is as follows:-
green tea+oats porridge (made in water n salt) +1 fruit fr brkfast, 1 fruit or 2 arrowroot biscuit as snack..3 wheat roti (we cal it chappathi) +veg curry fr lunch...brwn bread sandwich +green tea +veg/fruit fr dinner ...den lots f water thru out d day..
I work out fr 1.5 hrs @ gym, frm monday til satrday
It wud b bettr to avoid mango,pinapple n grapes as they hv high amnt f sugar..hav apple,lemon,orange den vegtbls lik tomoto, carrot...
Its gud to hav raw fruits n veg dan having dem as juice..coz fibre content is less in juice form..if u feel lik havng juice try not to add sugar in it..also u cn hav anyamnt f lemon juice ,butter milk n tender cocunut water..
Hav enough f healthy food n dnt strave..do nominal wrkout bt regularly..
