Dont go with "loss weight in short period" funda. And dieting is not the solution. Better slowly you absorb good eating habits in your day to day life. Its help you with long term. I am giving you some brief tips.
1. Don't start your day with cup of tea/coffee. Better you have 1-2 glass of warm water first. then have 1 fruit.(any fruit, It might be banana also). then after some gap, have your breakfast and then have your favorite cup of tea/coffee.
2. Always carry some peanuts/fruit with you. Whenever you feel hungry have it.
3. Don't eat so much at a time. Have a meal in small small quantity.
4. Please do not skip your lunch or dinner. Its very necessary for your body.
5. Have your dinner before 9 pm. (most probably 2 hr before bed)
6. Try to have 1 coconut water a day.
7. avoid fried things. You can have it once in a week.
8. Don't purchase low fat things from super market. Home made chakali is better than that preserved low fat things.
9. Avoid biscuit. Its full of maida, And maida is very hevvy to digest.
10. After 5 pm do not have much hevvy food.
11. 3-4 hr exercise in a week, is compulsory.
