joining a gym is good or bad
You can't outrun a bad diet. Exercise is great for overall health, next to useless for losing weight, despite the 'experts' bleating about eat less move more being the answer.
You need a new lifestyle, not a die,t as doing what you are doing will keep on getting you what you've got!
Dear Richa, Gym is not at all bad.. I would suggest you to keep tap on your diet first. First understand how weight loss has to happen. As in previous reply too, You need to understand the science behind it, its no rocket thing. Feel free to contact for anything.
As soon as you deposit the fee you start loosing your weight, I mean this never happens, you need to understand what is the meaning of weight loss... Let's Say 2500 Calories a Day you Require as an example according to your height, age or whatever else factor and you are consuming 3000 calories which is +500 Calories in a day, you will gain the weight if you do nothing, but if you burn 500 calories in a day with extra efforts, your weight will be maintained because you have consumed 3000 calories and burned 500 calories, but the smart thing is you consume only 2000 calories and burn 500 or more calories so the difference will be around 1000 calories in a day (2000 you have consumed minus 500 you have burned through workout) = 1500 and you were allowed to consume 2500 calories and as soon as this difference total (1000 per day as an example) will reach to total of 3500 Calories which will take you 3-4 days you will loose 1kg weight, this way you can reduce 4-5 kg in a month. Remember to eat Low Carb and High Protein (Lean Protein) food to help reduce weight- is it clear to you now?
