Approx Calories used: 160kcals

Weight - 1.8kgs loss

Bust - 1 cm gain

Waist - no change

Hips - no change

Body Fat - 42.5%

Body Water - 43.3%

Wow! I'm 1.8kgs ( almost 4lbs) lighter this week! Is that because of the new digital scales I've bought? The old dial scales were quite ropey.... I've made a note of my fat & water reading too, well, just as well as the scales tell me anyway ;)

I'm a bit perplexed about the gain around my bust & the fact that my waist & hip measurements are the same as last week, however, this is the 1st time I've actually noted down these figures so I may find that it is my usual monthly cycle... only time will tell...

So, it's onto Week 5 with a smile on my face and less weight on my knees... Lol! ;)

well done you,

ive just had my week 6 weigh in at work and ive lost 2.6lbs :) didnt do measurements this week as its TOTM and i aleady know everything is slightly bloated and swollen im pleasantly surprised tbh i thought id have put weight on :)
