I am diabetic too, type 1. are you type 1 (generally diagnosed in younger people) or 2? (usually mature onset)

Hi

I'm diabetic too, type 2. I know i need to lose weight, I'm keeping it under control with tablets but, if possible, I would like to lose weight and get off the tablets.
