Well feel like nibbling today so lucky I'm at gym keeping busy with body balance ( yoga/ ti chi) then waking back up with Zumba what exercise helps you keep the nibble monster at bay?

I love Body Balance ! yoga, tai chi, pilates and 10 minutes meditation all rolled into an hour. The nibble monster ah yes. I do windsurfing - cant get at the nibbles when I'm out on the water
