Following my week of grit and determination with exercise and diet, remained successful until Friday Nite out.
So I'm challenging myself to stayed focus for the month of May and to loose 7lbs.
I regular exercise 3 times a week at the gym - so that's not a problem. So, time to slay the food issues, from reading within the community it would appear that meal prep is the problem and, so I will be doing the batched cooking later on this evening to keep me on track, also drinking more water consistently and having some form of health snack at hand savoury and sweet, when then pangs get too much. Summer is just around the corner and I would like to be sporting some of the summer fashion as well as having a positive visit to my Dr in 3 weeks time.
I have returned back from the scales in horror....108.7kg!!! up 2kg however I noticed that according to my scales say 47% water-I which may also be the problem?
Well to work with getting rid of the excess- I would welcome some May club buddies to get 7lbs, 3.2kg, 1/2stone off this month!!
