Week 2 - Weigh In..

Weight - 0.5kgs loss

Bust - 1 cm loss

Waist - 2.5cms loss

Hips - no difference

Well another 500g gone :) and my bust and waist are getting smaller too.

I am happy.

My impatient character want things to move faster but I know that to gradually become the shape I want to be is better for me and I'm more likely to stay like it too.

So far, I'm managing to do over the NHS Choices suggested 150 mins of aerobic exercise a week because of the walking, gardening and frantic cleaning that I've been doing while we're off on Easter Holiday but the girls are back at school & I'm back at work tomorrow so we'll see how active I can be...

The NHS Choices 12 week plan also advises that I carry out 1 session of strength exercise on 2 or more days a week that I haven't managed to do. I can't afford to go to the gym or any organised classes but I do have a couple of yoga & pilates dvds at home so, as I work part-time, I can make time to do a session 3 mornings a week after I've taken the girls to school & before I start work. Even if I only manage 10 minutes that's better than doing nothing.

Here's to week 3 on my journey.... :)

x

Well done you, I'm starting today, hope I can stick to this plan, I've got girls to who love chocolate, have you changed your girls diet as well?

Good luck x
