can't believe I've lost 4lb in one week, still a long way to go though but determined to stick with it. going to Italy by coach in September and want to feel a little more comfortable sitting for all those hours.

Hi hibbertbetty,

Really 2 lbs a week is the tops (or 1 kg - 2.2 lbs) for weight loss, but when you start you usually lose weight faster in the first week or two.

So, that's a good start.

Just keep riding the weight-loss bus (as most of us around here are doing.

Stick with it and you'll probably be a lot more comfortable in a coach seat by September time!

Good luck with it.

Well done!! It's amazing what we can achieve if we put our minds to it ;)

Remember these 1st 12 weeks are when we break our old habits and create new healthier ones to carry with us for the rest of our lives.
