Friday weigh-in
Well done, that's an amazing loss and a great achievement on the waist loss!
I presume you've found some exercise that you can fit around your routine?
oh bum only a half pound this week and I have been good!
despite all the fruit an veg and water, still think I have "issues" in the toilet department which is probably adding weight to the problem!
I've never been on a diet before so is this normal? I guess it is just going to take my body a while to get used to the change in input.
Anyway, I guess it is at least half a pound in the right direction.
That's me down 12 and a half pounds since mid January.
Well done the other losers
Hi Bumblebeaz,
Yes the Wii has been fantasic, would recommed it to anybody that has trouble getting out of the house. Have managed to clock-up 5hr:45 mins so far this week, Have been doing a least half an hour before my Daughter gets-up, then the odd few minutes here and there.
Hi annie000,
You have done really well. Half a pound is still really good, it's still heading in the right direction. Are you doing any exercise? Are you counting calories? make-sure you are eating enough, because if you don't consume enough calories your body wil think it's starving and store water.
Sorry bloggers i seem to have made an error I've been on the weight loss plan for four weeks and not three. Starting week 5 today.
Hi legs, yes, I'm doing the c25k - bit stuck on week 5 day 2 - the 8 minutes is a bit of a killer! Using myfitnesspal to count the calories and have been at or just under the 1300 mark. I currently weigh 14st 8lb and am 5'10". I haven't been eating the extra calories gained from the exercise but have had some soups and food from the canteen at work which isn't always easy to count properly I guess - maybe I have underestimated how much is in the soup?
if your finding 8 minutes a little difficult, why not take a step back and repeat week 4 gain then try week 5? this way you will take some pressure off yourself and are more lightly to carry on.
HI Bumblebeaz,
why not take yours into work!! Mind you I bet if you did you would be busy all the time and never get the chance to get on it.
I have been doing a mixture of Aerobic, blance and Yoga, I unlocked a boxing game yesterday, which I'm really enjoying, I'm hoping it improves my coordination,((I have Dyspraxia) I can really feel it in my arms today. Have been using it for two weeks. and can't belive how much better I feel today.
Hi Bunlebeaz,
Yes, I do have Wii Sports played tennis with the kids when we first got it and ended up smashing the living room light trying to lob the ball. Never used it since.
Hi all glad to hear everyone is doing well,i only lost half a pound this week but at least its a loss and not a gain i have lost 6 and a half pound in 3 week
Well done everyone, and keep up the good work
Hi Louise67,
Well done your doing really well, I didn't lose much weight in week three. You have the right approach, your weight is still going in the right direction. Although It did make me, start doing more excerise in week four.
Well done to everyone . I am week one - have taken drastic steps to lose weight as currenlty all is going upwards. My friday weigh in- loss of two pounds - which I have to say feels paltry for the amount i have cut back and the exercise I have done. But will reamin focussed. Aim to drop to 1400 calories this week as was running at 1550. So hopefully better results next week!!!
