I know this is not nice but have just removed my stomach contents after a whole day of totally stuffing my face plus 3 pint of lager.

Today I'm starting the 12 week plan to look something decent for my holiday in 12 weeks.

My other incentive is to be able to get back into my motorcycle leathers because until I can I cannot ride my bike which, is my passion.

I feel very positive this morning and know this has to stop, I'm 13 stones and feel terrible. So here goes.
