Hi everyone. How many of you have done your weekly weigh in today, jumped on the scales feeling lighter but the scales say you've lost nothing?
Its important to remember that your scales dont measure your actual size and that extra measurements help. If you havent taken them before then start today as we start the weekly weigh ins and do you're measurements and weight each week.
Take measurements of your arms, bust/chest, waist, hips and thighs today and each week we can have a measurement check as you may find the scales say different to your measuring tape.
Hope you will join me.

Hi yes i will join you that is so true, they told us to do that when i used to go weightwatchers so im fully with you there. Do you do any exercise? I use a rowing machine twice a day, keep in touch and let me know how you are doing
Yes I do. I try to get to the gym at least 3 times a week now and do around 50mins cardio and 15-20 mins of weights and stretches. The kids help me stay fit at home as im running around after a 6month old and 22month old.
Well done on the rowing. Thats a great cardio work out and doing it twice a day will show results in no time!
Hi nice to hear from you and yes you got your hands full, ive not long started rowing so i only do 30 strokes twice a day at the moment lol. Keep up the good work and keep in touch
HI, I've been taking my measurements as well as weighing. Last week I lost 2 1b and 1inch from my thighs. But this week I lost 3 1bs and no inches from anywhere?! My clothes are fitting more comfortably but I can't see where the weight has gone from.
If you see no loss in measurements then this could mean it loss an even loss meaning you have lost some all over rather than in 1 particular place. You may also experience nothing for a week or two then suddenly jump down!
You have done so well with your loss already though so dont worry. Just keep doing what youre doing as you are doing it right. Can't wait to hear youre next loss! Well done.
