I already walk to work 5 days a week. 30 mins there, 30 mins back. Should I count this as aerobic work out?

Regardless of whether it counts as aerobic work, that's really good tomben01. You've found a way of making exercise part of your routine. Long may that continue.
Now, if you want to know if it counts as aerobic work, the effort should raise your heart beat and speed up your breathing, making you feel warm. One way to judge is if you can still talk, but you can't sing the words to a song.

Depends on how fast you walk and the response by your heart beat... The important thing is that if you find that your heart is reaching around 75% of your maximum then you will not be able to deduct cost of wearing out your foot feat.
